The Eagles now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bullitt Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. Portland Christian will confront a Cougars team coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Southern moves to 0-1 on the season. The Trojans host Waggener (Louisville, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 19. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Waggener lost 19-0 in their recent league battle against Sacred Heart (Louisville, KY)
