The Birmingham Patriots volleyball team (Lake Balboa, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA)

The Gondoliers (20-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Crescenta Valley defeated Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a West Valley challenge, on Monday, March 21. Birmingham will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Chancellors enter the challenge with a 23-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Burroughs (Burbank, CA).
