Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), 23-13 in a non-league battle.
The Cougars now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Robinson for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 19. Oakton will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 19. West Potomac will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
