The West Stanly Colts crushed the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers baseball team by a count of 10-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Colts now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Anson for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 22. West Stanly will face a Bearcats team coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-3.
