The Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) softball routed the visiting Antioch Panthers (Antioch, CA), 18-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Matadors (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 4-2 record.
The Panthers now possess a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Vacaville for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 31. Antioch will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-5 league win over Vanden (Fairfield, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-0.
