In Saturday's non-league contest, the Wilson Warriors (Florence, AL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL), by a margin of 14-2.
With the triumph, Wilson moves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Warriors host Lawrence County (Moulton, AL) to play the Red Devils in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 19. The Red Devils come into the contest with a record of 4-2.
In their next game, the Indians play the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 19. Colbert County will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 13-9 record after their 21-3 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, AL).
