The Rock Springs Tigers smashed the host Thunder Basin Bolts soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Star Valley for a 4A West match on Friday, March 25. Rock Springs will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Laramie (Laramie, WY). The Braves record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Thunder Basin drops to 0-1 on the season. The Bolts host East (Cheyenne, WY) to encounter the Thunderbirds in a 4A East match on Friday, March 25. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a record of 1-1.
