Non Varsity Opponent (, ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV), 25-24 in a non-league challenge.

The now own a 12-26 record. They take the field next when they host North Fremont for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 19. Non Varsity Opponent will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over American Falls (American Falls, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Smith Valley falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Whittell (Zephyr Cove, NV) to battle the Warriors in a 1A Northern challenge on Saturday, March 26. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
