Maryland High School Baseball - Avalon wallops St. Andrew's Episcopal

Avalon Black Knights (Wheaton, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), 18-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Avalon upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD) to battle the Wildebeests in a non-league test on Monday, March 25. The Wildebeests come into the test with a record of 0-2. Sandy Spring Friends lost 16-3 in their recent non-league test against DC International (Washington, DC)

With the defeat, St. Andrew's Episcopal falls to 1-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to battle the Quakers in a Mid-Atlantic-MAC test on Tuesday, April 2. The Quakers come into the test with a record of 2-3. Sidwell Friends lost 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC)
