The Joliet West Tigers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Wilmington Wildcats to 5 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Glenbard North edged Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Clifton Central (Clifton, IL). The Comets go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Clifton Central edged Iroquois West (Gilman, IL), 4-2, in a non-league match.
