With the win, Madison upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year.

The Cougars now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rancho Bernardo for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 23. Steele Canyon will play a Broncos squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 0-3.
