North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Lake Norman drops to Cuthbertson

March 19, 2024: Waxhaw, NC 28173

Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC), 22-9 in a non-league battle.

The Cavaliers now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Porter Ridge for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle on Thursday, March 21. Cuthbertson will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 23-0 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 2-5.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont battle, on Thursday, March 21. Lake Norman will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 10-2 non-league win over SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC).
