Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), 10-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) in a 6A Region 5 challenge, on Friday, March 22. Alexander will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Douglas County (Douglasville, GA).
The Patriots now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Manchester for a 6A Region 5 challenge on Friday, March 22. Paulding County will confront a Jaguar team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Alexander (Douglasville, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 1-7.
