In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Chardon Hilltoppers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the St. Ignatius Wildcats.
The Hilltoppers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host West Geauga for a Region 6 test on Thursday, March 21. Chardon will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 17-3 non-league loss to McDowell (Erie, PA). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 20. St. Ignatius will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Explorers come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH).
