Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Abramson Commodores (New Orleans, LA), 18-2 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carver Collegiate Academy for a 4A District 11 challenge on Thursday, March 21.

With the loss, Abramson falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Commodores host St. Katharine Drexel (New Orleans, LA) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. St. Katharine Drexel lost 19-0 in their recent league challenge against St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA)
