New Mexico High School Softball - Santa Fe bounces Pojoaque Valley

The Santa Fe Demons routed the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes softball squad by a count of 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Demons (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Grants (Grants, NM). The Pirates go into the non-league battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Grants was routed by Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 20-5, in a non-league battle.

The Elks/Elkettes now sport a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Fe Indian for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 20. Pojoaque Valley will meet a Braves squad coming off a 21-6 non-league win over McCurdy (Espanola, NM). The Braves record now stands at 3-0.
