Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) and the visiting Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL), witnessed Reed-Custer's softball squad prevail over Westmont by a count of 21-0.

The Comets now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Wilmington for a Illinois Central Eight match on Monday, March 25.

With the loss, Westmont moves to 0-1 on the season. The Sentinels host Newark (Newark, IL) to meet the Norsemen in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 3. The Norsemen go into the match with a record of 5-0.
