California High School Baseball - Monte Vista nips Amador Valley

The Monte Vista Mustangs baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Amador Valley Dons to 2 in the Mustangs league win on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Foothill for a East Bay test on Friday, March 21. Monte Vista will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 4-0 league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, Amador Valley drops to 4-1 on the year. The Dons travel to Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a East Bay test on Friday, March 21. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-6. Dougherty Valley lost 8-2 in their recent league test against Granada (Livermore, CA)
