North Carolina High School Baseball - Northwood sneaks past Chapel Hill

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Northwood Chargers baseball team scored a close 8-7 victory over the Chapel Hill Tigers.
The Chargers (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC). The Buccaneers enter the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Bartlett Yancey was tipped by Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC), 9-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tigers face the Green Level Gators (Cary, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 21. Chapel Hill will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Gators enter the game with a 5-4 record after their 10-5 league win over Cary (Cary, NC).
