The Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) baseball trounced the host Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), 8-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatham Central for a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Friday, March 21. Seaforth will clash with a Bears team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Bears record now stands at 3-7.
With the defeat, Eastern Randolph drops to 5-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC) to clash with the Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Chatham Central lost 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC)
