The Point Loma Pointers baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Helix Highlanders to 0 in the Pointers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Pointers now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eastlake for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. Point Loma will clash with a Titans team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Helix drops to 2-4 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, March 21.
