In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Metro Christian Patriots (Tulsa, OK), by a margin of 13-3.
The Wildcats now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Prattville Christian Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, March 20. Lawrence County will play a Panthers team coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 16-1.
With the defeat, Metro Christian drops to 6-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Heavener (Heavener, OK) to play the Wolves in a non-league test on Monday, March 24. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 2-7. Heavener won 7-5 in their recent non-league test against Blair (Blair, OK)
