California High School Baseball - Salesian College Preparatory loses to Piner

Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA), 10-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Piner moves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Prospectors travel to Montgomery (Santa Rosa, CA) to battle the Vikings in a North Bay - Redwood match on Wednesday, March 26. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 1-4. Montgomery won 21-5 in their recent non-league match against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA)

The Pride now possess a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 25. Salesian College Preparatory will battle a Bears squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Kennedy (Fremont, CA). The Bears record now stands at 4-3.
