The Tucson High Magnet School Badgers baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Rio Rico Hawks to 2 in the Badgers non-league win on Wednesday.
The Badgers now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Eagle for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 19. Tucson High Magnet School will play a Mustangs team coming off a 22-2 non-league win over Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Rio Rico drops to 4-4 on the year. The Hawks host Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ) to play the Mustangs in a 4A Gila test on Tuesday, March 25. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 8-1. Sahuarita won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Empire (Tucson, AZ)
