In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Ashley Screaming Eagle soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Purnell Swett Rams.
The Screaming Eagle (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Trojans go into the outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, West Brunswick was overwhelmed by Laney (Wilmington, NC), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Rams play the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 21. Purnell Swett will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 5-0 league win over Lumberton (Lumberton, NC).
