The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) and the visiting Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), saw Belen's baseball team gain a win over Santa Fe by a tally of 6-4.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Storm enter the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Cleveland by Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM), 9-6, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Demons face the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Santa Fe will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Elks/Elkettes enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM).
