In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) baseball squad the host Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC), by a tally of 8-6.
Next up, the Tigers encounter the South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 20. Mount Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Piedmont (Monroe, NC).
The Bulldogs (1-7) will now prepare for their bout against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Central Cabarrus by West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 13-1, in a non-league bout.
