In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mechanicsville Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 16-2 triumph over the Eastern View Cyclones.
The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Thomas Dale was overwhelmed by Manchester (Midlothian, VA), 15-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cyclones clash with the Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Eastern View will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Chiefs go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 13-4 league win over Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA).
