The East Juniata Tigers softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Lewisburg Green Dragons to 0 in the Tigers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Susquenita for a Tri-Valley battle on Tuesday, March 25. East Juniata will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Big Spring (Newville, PA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Lewisburg moves to 0-1 on the season. The Green dragons host Juniata (Mifflintown, PA) to confront the Indians in a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Juniata lost 19-9 in their recent non-league battle against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)
