In Wednesday's non-league test, the Notre Dame Pioneers (Crowley, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA), by a tally of 16-1.
Next, the Pioneers clash with the Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy Tigers (Lafayette, LA) in a test, on Thursday, March 20. Notre Dame will attempt to advance on its 14-0 season record.
The Fighting Blue Jays (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Westminster Christian Academy was routed by St. Edmund (Eunice, LA), 10-0, in a non-league test.
