Oregon High School Baseball - McDaniel loses to Bend

Bend Lava Bears (Bend, OR) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host McDaniel Mountain Lions (Portland, OR), 11-0 in a non-league game.

The Lava Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA). The Royals go into the non-league game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Quartz Hill was overwhelmed by Highland (Palmdale, CA), 4-2, in a league game.

Next, the Mountain Lions play the Silverton Foxes (Silverton, OR) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 23. McDaniel will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Foxes go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Cleveland (Portland, OR).
