The Upper Perkiomen Indians baseball team scored 16 runs and held the host Oley Valley Lynx to 10 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.
The Indians now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fleetwood for a non-league test on Monday, March 23. Upper Perkiomen will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Oley Valley falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Lynx host Hamburg (Hamburg, PA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 25. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
