The Beebe Badgers softball team scored 7 runs and held the host DeWitt Dragons to 5 in the Badgers non-league win on Thursday.

The Badgers now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkview for a 5A Central outing on Tuesday, March 31. Beebe will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to West Memphis (West Memphis, AR). The Patriots record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, DeWitt moves to 1-3 on the season. The Dragons travel to Des Arc (Des Arc, AR) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, March 30. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 6-3. Des Arc won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Melbourne (Melbourne, AR)
