The Roswell Hornets got by the visiting Chestatee War Eagles baseball team by a count of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host West Forsyth for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 3. Roswell will face a Wolverines team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Milton (Milton, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-5.
Next, the War Eagles face the Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 4. Chestatee will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 19-0 non-league win over Johnson (Gainesville, GA).
