The Sanger Apaches baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Firebaugh Eagles to 0 in the Apaches non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Apaches (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Kerman (Kerman, CA). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Kerman gained a win over Reedley (Reedley, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Firebaugh falls to 0-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Kerman (Kerman, CA) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 9. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-2.
