Columbus Blue Devils (Columbus, GA) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils confront the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings (Columbus, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 4. Columbus will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 8-1 league win over Brookstone (Columbus, GA).
The Patriots now possess a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northgate for a AAAAA Region 2 challenge on Friday, March 4. Northside will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.
