The Lancers now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host San Marcos for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. Carlsbad will battle a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Cathedral Catholic falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Dons travel to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4.
