In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA), by a margin of 12-3.

The Cougars now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Ponderosa for a non-league match on Friday, March 4. Del Campo will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Capital Christian (Sacramento, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 3-0.
