In Thursday's non-league outing, the Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR) basketball squad edged the visiting Har-Ber Wildcats (Springdale, AR), by a count of 44-38.
The Panthers (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR). The Hurricane go into the non-league outing with a 28-3 record. In their last outing, Jonesboro held off Bentonville (Bentonville, AR), 61-28, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 16-7 record.
