Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Durand Railroaders (Durand, MI), 65-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Stockbridge upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Dansville (Dansville, MI) to play the Aggies in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 8. The Aggies come into the bout with a record of 10-11. Dansville lost 51-50 in their recent non-league bout against Perry (Perry, MI)

Next up, the Railroaders play the Goodrich Martians (Goodrich, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 8. Durand will attempt to upgrade on its 18-4 season record. The Martians come into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 65-52 non-league win over Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI).
