The Leland Chargers held off the host Pioneer Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chargers now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Del Mar for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 7. Leland will confront a Dons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Silver Creek (San Jose, CA). The Dons record now stands at 3-0.
The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Prospect was nudged by Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
