In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Canyon Comanches volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kennedy Fighting Irish.
The Comanches (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Brea Olinda (Brea, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Brea Olinda lost by Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Fighting Irish clash with the Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 7. Kennedy will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Griffins come into the battle with a 4-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA).
