The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA) and the visiting Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), saw Reedley's volleyball squad beat Hoover by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Reedley upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Pirates travel to Central (Fresno, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Monday, March 6. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Central won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Washington Union (Fresno, CA)

The Patriots now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Sanger West for a bout on Tuesday, March 7. Hoover will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Justin Garza (Fresno, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-7.
