In Thursday's non-league outing, the Afton Eagles (Afton, OK) basketball squad edged the visiting Hobart Bearcats (Hobart, OK), by a margin of 42-41.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 23-4 record. In their last outing, Pawhuska held off Fairview (Fairview, OK), 55-30, in a non-league outing.
The Bearcats now own a 9-2 record.
