Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Christopher Bearcats (Christopher, IL) and the host St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), saw Christopher's basketball squad overcome St. Thomas More by a tally of 42-28.

With the victory, Christopher improves its record to 31-3 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Okawville (Okawville, IL) to play the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 33-4. Okawville won 49-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Galena (Galena, IL)
