In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Bacon County Raiders soccer squad scored a good 8-0 win over the Echols County Wildcats.
The Raiders (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Brooks County Trojans (Quitman, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, March 7. Echols County will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA).
