The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Rutland Hurricanes (Macon, GA) and the host Jordan Red Jackets (Columbus, GA), saw Rutland's soccer squad triumph over Jordan by a margin of 7-1.

The Hurricanes now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Academy for Classical Education for a 2A Area 2 test on Tuesday, March 7. Rutland will meet a Gryphons squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Gryphons record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Jordan drops to 3-2 on the season. The Red jackets travel to Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 8. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-3. Chattahoochee County lost 7-1 in their recent non-league match against Northside (Columbus, GA)
