Ferguson Falcons (Miami, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Homestead Broncos (Homestead, FL), 21-6 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Dade for a 7A District 16 challenge on Wednesday, March 8.

With the loss, Homestead falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Broncos host Braddock (Miami, FL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 6. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Braddock lost 17-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Lourdes Academy (Miami, FL)
