The San Angelo Central Bobcats softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Marble Falls Mustangs to 2 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, San Angelo Central improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Plainview (Plainview, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, March 3. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 1-6. Plainview lost 5-3 in their recent non-league game against Wall (Wall, TX)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 4. Marble Falls will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Mavericks come into the game with a 3-9 record after their 18-1 league loss to Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX).
