California High School Softball - Marysville edged by River Valley

The Marysville Indians softball team (Marysville, CA), was tipped 8-7 in Thursday's non-league test with the host River Valley Falcons (Yuba City, CA)

Coming up next, the Falcons encounter the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 6. River Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Pirates enter the test with a 1-0 record after their 22-1 non-league win over Winters (Winters, CA).

The Indians (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Placer (Auburn, CA). The Hillmen enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Placer was tipped by Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA), 11-1, in a non-league test.
